Sustainable goodness

When a car crashed through the front door, local coffee shop Mother Fool’s thought it might have to close for good. See how a neighborhood rallied around this green business and gave it new life.

I loved this video! It is so very inspiring seeing how Mother Fool’s coffee shop was here for the community and provided exactly what they were looking for, and then after the accident happened, the community did just that for the coffee shop. I will definitely stop by sometime for a nice hot cup of organic coffee! Nice job guys, keep up the amazing work!

A very heartwarming story about a neighborhood known for its values and how they stepped up in a time of need to help a community institution.. I had not been aware of how thoroughly Mother Fools practices sustainable and environmentally friendly values. I have not been there yet, but plan to go soon and savor the ambiance!

It is always reassuring to know that there are business owners who understand that being environmentally responsible is not a negative. People will support a business that is ethically rooted — lots of places sell coffee and bakery. People are supporting the business ideal and not the business commodity.

We are all in this together as neighbors! Neighbors should know each other and work together as good citizens. We do not have to be divided politically when we all pull together on local problems.
